Ordinarily, a private individual buying a residential property like this and fixing it up wouldn't strike anyone as strange.
After fixing it up, the owner considering opening a polo school on the property would not be unusual, either.
But to do it on the shareholder's dime as a public company is where it runs into problems. There's no revenue in this business model.
To say it's a "working model" of what they propose in reference to their development plans is laughable.
I want to know the financing they've arranged for this little enterprise and who it's with.
