Philipmax .... I know I am joined by all the regulars in appreciation of your enduring the 6-1/4 hours of testimony on Friday and then sharing the kernels.

We all know what is right and hope Judge Walrath sees thru JPM's manipulations and WMI's mishandling.

And the idea of keeping happenings "confidential" as between attorneys in a legal proceeding does not pass the smell test and there is only one conclusion ... collusion.

May we LTW be like Auburn's football team this past weekend .. albeit I live in SC.

Like Ralph, I really appreciate the summary of Friday's proceedings.

I agree with your assessment that this fish stinks!

Also, I would love to get paid in re-organized WMI stock. I would take that anyday! That way I can defer capital gains and enjoy the post-BK rise based on the NOLs and other "unknown" assets that survive.
