OT: Blade- "Israeli business strategy" is too general a term, and if one wanted to generalize it's no better or worse than found in all other countries, including ours.

Sure, there are "unscrupulous Israeli business tactics" as there are unscrupulous U.S., French, German, Norwegian, Papuan and everywhere-else-on-the-planet-where-there's- business tactics.

Actually, I've found that most Israelis sincerely believe in tikkun olam – making the world better - and this is a part of both their personal and business lives.

but I think if TEVA's generic Lovenox never gets approved, TEVA shareholder lawsuits will abound. We'll see, but it will take quite a while.

T-Enox is nothing more than a pimple on Teva's azz. Teva plate is so full and they'll have enough commotion for the next few years that their stockholders won't give a hoot.

Unless the FDA gave them a refusal (very remote), Teva can let this ANDA disappear.

I thought the recent TEVA stock decline had more to do with the EU conditions and the government raids on AZN and Nycomed.
