Right, got the link, could you please find and quote where it says massive dilution as you stated previously.

Massive dilution. Read the 8 K's and 10 Q's. Convertible debentures in place and now a stock promotion to bag people. Nice job here:

Thanks

Don't you understand that most posters who claim to be "IN LOVE" with the potential of the company are fully aware that the company is FOS (Not this one) and are just trying to hype an investment they made with their risk capital?

I believe in good solid DD and there are people who provide great amounts of it on this board. But you should know, as intelligent and succinct as you are attempting to sound, that the PERCEPTION of a stock and where it's headed is one of the main catalysts of increased PPS. For example, Amazon.com hadn't earned SQUAT for ages yet its stock price provided many gains for people in the past because of what it was PROJECTED to earn down the road. Can we agree on that?

Yes you're posting old facts. "On October 25, 2010, Alto Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) converted into common stock a certain note (the “Note”) issued by the Company on March 14, 2010. Subject to the terms and conditions of the various conversion agreements entered into with the Note holders, the Company agreed to convert the Note into an aggregate of 15,000,000 shares of common stock of the Company."

So some note from March got converted in October. A "whopping" 15 million shares. Yes, "massive" dilution indeed LOL...you're stretching, buddy. You'll still be able to get in, don't think it will gap so hard so no need to try and find old filings for anything that can be construed as negative at all.

Sub 2Mil market cap = $$$$

Thank you, come again.
