Dew believes that is the product Teva wants the FDA to approve.

We should know by year's end as that is Teva's on the record position and if theirs is approved they will have a lawsuit welcoming them.

Otherwise, should Teva continue to seek approval...it is because of Einstein's law of insanity, Zebra Law or their perpetual company policy to discredit their competition rather than admit defeat...take your pick.
