#190 RE: HDOGTX #180

Recommendation from a former co-worker. Found on Linked-In.

Pamela Thompson
Certified Public Accountant at Pamela J. Thompson CPA PC

I worked with Pamela at YP Corp, Inc. (now called Live Deal, Inc.) from 2001 - 2003. She was the Chief Financial Officer of this public company. Pamela was instrumental in taking the company public and managing the company's public filings with the SEC and its ongoing financials. In addition to her outstanding abilities as a Certified Public Accountant and her sharp business mind, Pam is a joy to work with. Few work harder than Pam does; even fewer do so with her upbeat attitude. Any growth oriented company, particularly ones that are already public or with plans to become public, would benefit from Pamela's expertise. July 25, 2008
