"technical selloff"? I think it's more likely it's the company selling whatever shares they can find buyers for.
It would certainly be good news for shareholders if the company announced it had not (and even better, also, would not) sell any additional shares, but that seems very unlikely as they still need funds to keep the company going.
I'm sure there's some tax loss selling going on, but I bet it will accelerate after the next filing. At this rate I think the most likely YE price will be below a penny and that sometime next year, the OS will hit 100 million.
I'm still also waiting for the other shoe to drop, aka, the details on the effect of the R/S on the preferred shares.
