So busy today I just got focused on little ol GBRT I wonder how exchange management will react if the CNQ falls prey to NSS? Here is an article that is the best I have seen in describing the problem. http://www.ncans.net/byrneshort.htm
My guess is someone wants this lower and a lower close fits the strategy so they can scoop a larger bunch with everyone looking the other way. No doubt using a super low commission flat rate broker. Either that or they just got lucky hard to really say.
I should correct myself that was not the Exchange President hosting CNQ radio but nevertheless the guy (Beecher?) did an excellent job.
Easy Atom we have to see if this 2 cent close is an anomaly or a trend first IMHO.
I think what happened was there were 5000 shares for sale at .07, 4000 were bought leaving 1000. I think the seller just said screw it and dumped the remainder at whatever the offer was, .02. Looked pretty dismal there for awhile however the buy today at .14 puts me in the money, that is if I were to sell. Not yet.
