heres what i go by: facts. when its in hand, then we have it. not too much to dispute at that juncture. much like the thought i proffered last night about a Canadian air permit being the same as one issued by the NYDEC. simply laughable. an air permit issued by the NYDEC is an air permit issued by the NYDEC.
