When was the "Solid Waste Permit" applied for by JBI Inc, if it has been applied for?

They have transferred the application to Buffalo, N.Y. for processing and I was made aware of the fact that a Solid Waste Permit" will more than likely be required as well. Anyone seem to know why these P2O's are not up and running in CANADA?

Lemme guess.....we shouldn't be asking the actual guy who gives the permits. We should be asking the some dude in Brazil what his "recommendation" is.
