Call their Customer Service. E*Trade like that on some pinks, but everytime I had to wait while broker got permission to allow me to buy it, I discussed why I thought those stocks were a great buy. Several times after I bought like that, noticed a flurry of buys same day. Made good profits, too.

Just an idea.
