CHGY looks cheap, yes. However there are very many unknowns about FY11 performance, those concerns you mentioned. I don't have any idea yet what to expect. Also... buying this pre-R/S is risky. The stock is underperforming since that has been announced. Immediately post-R/S might provide a better entry. Just my approach for this, might be too cautious.
