Hey David, I was fortunate to have had a conversation by phone with an individual in the air permit division this a.m.

who was that individual????

no one from the DEC stated that the air permit would be issued before the SW issue was sorted out. So now the SW permit is achievable. yes, that was what what i was told as well...after a 30 to 45 day comment period etc.....the air permit and the SW permit will be issued together.

and he had nothing but positive things to say of the JBI P2O and that the air permit will be approved any day now and that the solid waste permit is achievable in his words.

I have invested a considerable amount of time on the phone speaking with individuals in Albany and now Buffalo, your investment in JBII is a good one I'm sure. Just fasten your seat belt and hang on dude!
