Their only weak point of opinion would be that this is the lead in to the famous stock conversion position based on the sudden communication that has been provided this week by AVTI and JF trademark actions.........yeah right.
That position is like saying:
Let's put together a business plan (Joint Venture), properly financed (AVTI), production committed (JF), market the product and process (PR's) and then deliver the goods (San Diego & NJ)and then just wipe it out.
