THC has always been shady, even when they were Beverly Hills based NME (National Medical Enterprises) before they renamed themselves to Tenet Healthcare in 1994 after a fraud scandal. New name, same frauds.

A medical care company founded by lawyers, as opposed to Doctors perhaps, smells bad from the begining.
