Like me, I'm sure you are playing with the houses money at this point, and have no intention of selling.
I expect we'll see a pretty good one, followed by a PR or two next week, regarding buyout offer negotiations.
Make no mistake, if there is a reasonable offer, Supatcha will sell in a heartbeat. Everything will be inplace for a buyout company to move in, get financing, (if they need it), and start production. (which is EXACTLY what a buyout company will be looking for).
