I dont understand it either. But I think this stock is a stock that will be worth to hold on too. When it starts making revenue it will be big IMO.

I believe the market is waiting for the "network deal" to be released. Although, just like you, I am suprised we are in the sixes today. I think there is nothing wrong with the company per say, its just investors want more. Of course the share structure does not help it much either.
