ETNL now retiring 5m more shares from the o/s per the website update:
Dear Shareholders,
As a follow up to a previous shareholder bulletin, we are pleased to announce that today Eternal Image began the process of retiring approximately 5,000,000 shares of common stock from our current Outstanding Share count. These shares were returned to the company by one of the officers for the express purpose of their retirement. The gift of stock back to the company will be reflected on a forthcoming Form 4. The certificate is now on its way to the transfer agent, and our Outstanding Share count should reflect this share reduction by the end of the week.
