And few minutes later, ERTS went for $64.82, for just $.45.

Thanks for your answer. I believe it is a major bull move
and the people are scared that the market will drop again so the p/c ratio is up to 1. thats why the market is not going down ... the market in my opinion be bear market again when
it will go down and the p/c ratio won't change or people
will buy more calls.
