#221 RE: Digrdoug #220

I have it on good authority that unless Annie plays by the rules here, we won't get out of jail....

Hmmmmmmmmmmm, maybe someday. She needs to get with the program, if she can.

"buddies" LOL with buddies like them, I sure don't need any enemies.

Yes, results have been pretty good so far.

Annie...can't get out of Matt's jail unless she tries to.

Question:

How can I find the details of insiders filing Forms 144 to sell their restricted stocks?

Answer: Answer last updated: 09-01-02

You won't find all Rule 144 filings concerning the sales of restricted and control securities in the SEC's EDGAR database. That's because the federal securities laws do not require Rule 144 filings to be made electronically through the SEC's EDGAR system. While an individual or entity may voluntarily choose to file Form 144 electronically, we've found most don't, opting instead to file in paper format.

The same is true for filings on Forms 3, 4, and 5, which corporate insiders must use to report their trades.

To the extent that an individual or entity chooses to file Form 144 or Forms 3, 4, and 5 electronically, you can access those filings through EDGAR. You can find the most recent filings by using our "Latest Filings" search. This search allows you to limit your search by form type or company. For more information on how to conduct searches in EDGAR, please read our Quick EDGAR Tutorial.

To request hard copies of paper filings on Form 144 or Forms 3, 4, and 5, please contact the SEC's Public Reference Branch by email at publicinfo@sec.gov or by telephone at (202) 942-8090. There's a copying charge of $0.24 per page (plus postage).
