Seems to me that would be the case. I would wager it is an EC compromise. Allow them to use confidential info in their objection, and the EC will agree to close the courtroom to the public.
Fish ~~ I think this is the part you need take out of the Motion title: "to Permit Reference to Debtors' Work Product Upon Closing of the Courtroom ".
JMO (probably need a legal person to truly explain) but I think it would be closed just at the time the EC presents their argument and their evidence for the Judge to use in her decision. Obviously, it is of importance for Susman to ask a second time!! I don't see him quitting on getting it submitted for the hearing!
Most likely this is not a lot different than when Susman took his sealed document to the Chambers. Only those parties that needed to be involved got to see what he submitted!!
