yes they did, about 2 months ago. They just re released the news so they can dump shares because the revenues they boast are simply not enough to keep they doors open. Buyer beware the A/S is almost maxed out if it's not already. You can call the TA to confirm but I would google jason freeman before beleiving anything that comes from his mouth.
