I agree Big Owl. And I believe the heading was "of interest...commentary" or something to that effect.

In my opinion, whether someone sent them a link or not to some interesting commentary, they apparently thought that perhaps we might like to listen. The video never said Rusty Ridge was going to be great or anything to that effect. It was strictly a technical analysis, and the narrator specifically states TWICE that a breakout might be contingent on positive news on Rusty Ridge. That's a pretty big qualifier if you ask me. So, IMO, it was completely harmless. Maybe the company decided not to post charts/commentary in hindesight. Who knows? Point is, the narrator clearly stated in his disclaimer (at the end) that he was not compensated and that he did not own KATX.

...Breaking down KATX this morning, putting this one on the alert to the 'Express' members. what's setting up here is good support with good upside potential if the results from the Rusty Ridge drilling project are positive. Now there's no way to predict whether they will be, but there's a lot of anticipation, a lot of message board support around this one right now, and a lot of people talking. In addition to that you have a sideways trading pattern right here...like earlier in the year. And then you had a really nice run from .055 to .025. So what we're looking for is something along those lines again...if we can get a period of higher lows in through here in anticipation of this news, and the news is actually good, then you'll probably see a breakout that should get throught the MA200 and probably challenge 0.155 to 0.17 or 0.18...I believe the upside potential is strong, the downside risk is minimal, provided it holds these support points...

I thought it was a pretty good technical analysis, nothing controversial, just generic commentary. Incidentally, I did like the opinion. I've noticed he was not the only technical trader to take a liking to KATX lately either. With the pending Rusty Ridge news, and the current technical conditions, things could be shaping up for the "perfect storm."
