#111555 RE: Made Young #111554

oh i see.. well the way i look at it, its best to merge into a company that is doing well, not one thats struggling as DTSL seems to be doing.... i mean from .12 all the way down to 000... that looks like dead weight to me to merge with. and thats from my past experience of investing. everyone seems to get so excited about merging with it be a regular merge or reverse merge,,,, but they fail to think about if the company is crappy... all they see is a merge.. LOL.. example if you a crappy company then you merge with a crappy company guess what.... you are stuck with crap.. LOL on the other hand if a very profitable company merges with a somewhat crappy company, the outcome is a lot better. just something to think about. this exact same thing happened with a stock i have,, they were suppose to merge with another company, but it turned out to be crap so the merge was canceled. So the crap company ended up merging with another crap company.. so guess what.. LOL
