I'm saying a stategic R/S will have little affect on shareholders. If I was in edwins position I would develope a strategy that would R/S the shares in a manner to get them down below 50,Mil A/S and turn on the good news. A NI 43 101 compliant drill program is expensive and it would take 100, billion share of 000 shares to finance that operation.. Am I saying I want a R/S, heck no I hate R/S
