Aware of this, but not sure as to what to make of it. It would be surprising if this were an error in a legal document, but have seen such incorrect (presumably) dates before on important events.

1.2 Effective Time

The Reorganization will become effective upon the filing of this Agreement with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the filing of a Certificate of Merger with the Secretary of State and the State of Maryland in accordance with the relevant provisions of Maryland Law, to be done no later than December 5, 2010.


this means IMO, that it must be done no later than that Sunday, so it can be reported newswise on Monday the 6th.

That was brought up last weekend.....the response to me was.....it doesn't matter....YOU CAN'T STOP THE MOMO.....the pps was in the .002's.......

I think a few folks realized what a JOKE of a DOC this was.....and bailed.....

Not to mention the volume.....65,000,000 shares.....lol

RNWF is a DARK company.....and this one has been played before....it will be played again.....
