very interesting .. the flip side of MK's
academic *knowledge* (employment history
after duke) won't be ignored by corporate
counsel ~ if this suit proceeds .. imo that
may well cause some concern based on MK's knowledge
that was *learned* at those entities pre employment at JBI

I was told that Mr. Kaplanis breached his employment contract by engaging in company-related activities for personal gain.

i wonder if *learning* the trick of certs loaned offshore
for 2 X their face value so they could be *utilized* to
short against (jbii) at the same time ~ is one of the tricks
that MK *learned* from prior employers

yeah i'd find those details worth reading :)

particularly based on the events that have come to pass
(elsewhere) just this week alone .. hmmm
