Good point. IM announced July 15. Do you know why WWEI issued 12,500,000 shares to David Leon Williams - 10Q page 16. Isn't this more shares than Tammy/Larry combined?

The Mongolia deal was announced on July 15, 2010. There was a later press release detailing an earnings scheduel. Then an other release revising the earnings fugures to account for the new turbines. The language used led one to believe that we were already making those earnings. ie: Larry referred to "our wind farms."
I bought a ton of shares simply based on the Mongolia prospect.
