Maybe Show me money was right and Roper snitched Owen out and that's why he has mysteriously avoided any charges so far despite being in the original cease and desist order and obviously staying active with the illegal activities that got others charged already.
Then again when you think about it the only ones that got charged so far besides Clarence Moore are the ones that held conference calls.
It's early yet I'm sure we'll see more people get charged. They took care of the conference calls maybe next will be the ones involved in email solicitations then maybe after that the ones that helped support the fraud in other ways. Eventually they could end up going after anybody that knowingly accepted shareholder money.
Yes, if they haven't touched him yet, he's the bird...looks like the FEDS go ahold of the person that knows how to give them the information they need.
