ummm, the 2.8M is verified by 43-101, the only reason a new 43-101 is needed is to make legal transactions in the future.

So DGRI has 2.8M ounces of gold, at the least. Of course management is going to use that FACT to help get interest in DGRI.

Pay the fat cats?

Management has made virtually nothing in salary and much of their own debt to the company has been converted into equity. The only way management gets rewarded for years of getting by on scraps is through building shareholder value. There are no fat cats involved here, a very innacurate and niave statement.
