What he is doing is called stock manipulation, and he can be reported. Stock manipulation is when someone try's to lower or raise the value of a stock, and from what I have read of his/her posts, they only write info based on non-fact information.
We need to all report this activity, and then maybe ihub will ban this person, and when I say report I am talking about the FTC web site.
