North Korea situation looks not so good.

What do they think they gain by this?

It looks like Mr. Yang has lost his financing to take the company private at $24. He may find new financing or not. May be short term bearish if he fails but long term bullish for the stock if the stock stays public. Assuming all is OK with the numbers.
