No thats just saying files sumbitted after that time will not be....pushed out to all the mediums that display sec info

anything submitted after that time will be "pushed out" tomorrow morn opening bell...probably b4 opening bell

but the deadline to submit for it not to be LATE is 11:59pm today!!!
