Nayday, very short sighted of you. ARSC is OTCQB, a premier listing on Pink Sheets and representative of a company that is current in all phases of their reporting obligations with the SEC. ARSC has done everything that they said that they would, including acquiring funding and starting production.
I'm waiting for sales earnings and/or the spin off.

It has everything to do with ARSC as what you stated above. Just because it is a reporting company doesnt mean that they are not crooks. Enron was on a top board and they were crooks.
