Yes - I specifically asked if he had any sign-on information regarding the MS link.

He said that anything regarding MS needs to be addressed with them directly.

I replied that I was just wondering if he had heard if there was a generic log-on name and password.

His reply was identical to his previous one and I did not press him any further.
