5000 shares bought at the ask 0.0005 which means 25% up for today or 150% rally from the bottom 0.0002! However he does not want to buy a
share at the ask 0.0004 or even 0.0003. Why? Manipulation! He should
go to the hell by doing this! I bet the 52-week low 0.0002 will soon be broken due to hundreds of millions of shares dumping before 12/31
