It tells me there's a lot of shareholders that are holding and occasionally adding here and there......hence the slow and steady rise in PPS with stability.
WNBD chart. A small order just took out the ask at 0037. Next buy pushes us up to the upper bollinger... This is a powder keg, waiting for some large player to provide the spark.
