Good morning Zeev,

What's your take on BRCD? I have been holding a bunch of shares. The stock is almost dowm a buck from the close. Downgrades this morning. I always thought BRCD was setting up to be bought out. Surprised by the acquisition news, but Rhapsody is a terrific company. Would be happy to hear your opinion. Cyclad
