With 100B shares as being authorized, the value of this company would be 1B Dollar in case of a share price of 1 cent. With this, you see, how unrealistic this is.
Making a split of 1000:1 would give you 100 Mill shares at sp of 10 cents. The next step then is clear, at sp of 0.1 cent they do another RS 10 to 1 meaning 10 Mill shares at 1 cent. The end will be 10 Mill shares at 0.0001 cent and initially we started at 100B shares.
I am not saying that this will be the case here, but it is true that in most cases it is.
On the other hand you can easily estimate how many shares have to be traded, to change the shareprice from 0.0001 to 0.0002.
