I agree with terryels that talking about paying for plastic is foolish, turning plastic into fuel for JBII is very cheap, and the process is not pyrolysis so the claim that they make "pyrolysis oil" is just ridiculous.

Having little over 18 years of engineering experience myself of primary /secondary distillation units and down stream processing for two refineries this statement proves to me how much misinformation is being posted.

And that's exactly why I would encourage people to look at sites for trading recycled plastic and make up their own minds. New posters can find their way to this site 24/7 and say that it's ridiculous that anyone will pay for plastic since so much of it is thrown into landfills (which ignores the cost of sorting).
