We want the DD to be as accurate as possible. The statement by Z from the 10Q "feasibility of realizing P2O revenue in different jurisdictions with partners who have already obtained the necessary operating permits required for P2O." is in fact out of context also.
"There can be no guarantee that the Company will be successful in obtaining this permit. In the event that New York permit is not obtained in the near future, the Company has been reviewing the feasibility of realizing P2O revenue in different jurisdictions with partners who have already obtained the necessary operating permits required for P2O."
This indicates to me that JBII wants to NY facility to work, but has also be reviewing different avenues to get P2O into the market.
I also read into this as to why JBII has not set up more processors in Niagara Falls facility at this time. If the NYS DEC does not grant the air permit, then they would have to move the assembled processors. JMO
This statement also does not address JV that have been established and how potentially failing to get the air permit will influence those relationships.
We will just have to wait and see.
