Re:<"PP Have you ever seen these types of stocks have creditable names such as CRA,Islechem,NYDEP and Withum working with them to help perpetuate a scam ?">
And would you consider the company which sold oxygen sensors to Mr. Bordynuik to be in on it? If Mr. Bordynuik buys groceries at Sobey's, are they in on it?
CRA was charged with the stack test, NYDEC is charged with the permit and environmental discharge, Withum is charged with financial reporting. None of them seem to have any special expertise on the commercial viability of Mr. Bordynuik's pyrolysis oil. The only one I think would be somewhat culpable is Islechem with their ambiguous report written for the 'benefit' of the public.
Again, you can look at an identical pyrolysis scheme in Mr. John Rivera's scam--he had labs, senators, universities and even the president of the Dominican Republic give him praise while he was swindling investors and that's just a small list.
And I'm not saying that proves the opposite, just that if you're assigning credibility to those associated and presenting that as evidence that JBII is not a scam, that evidence might not be as strong as you seem to believe.
