(1) it was leaked and they didn't it want to be; (2) the document said it will be filed by december 5th...the public wasn't really supposed to know...

and how do you know if I have seen RM occur?....I have....and the filings are current with PINK SHEETS.....but since you gave the the phone number......does that mean I'm wrong?.....lol
