In fuels? Apparently you don't understand the P2O process. It separates out the hydrocarbons from the impurities which is why purple plastic goes in looking like Barney the dinosaur and out looking like 14K gold. The rest ends up as residue.
Only thing bad about the .04/lb example is that its .04 more than JBII will be paying.
