I absolutely agree. Eric's salary is by no means exorbitant, and it is really a bit arrogant to ask him to forgo it. Who here is willing to work for free?

Good post TB. Every worker deserves to be paid for their efforts. CEO is just another position in the company and desrves to be compensated accordingly.

IMO it[CEO Salary] will be Justified when we are in all the Lowes.
Salary and Stock Options should be based on Performance.
Does anyone have the target when this trial period will be over and Lowes orders for all stores?
