Hi Lemmy! I'm thinking the boys in Tustin probably aren't too happy about this latest filing. If Dart bought his shares on the open market, then there is no benefit to PPHM coffers, just someone with a big stick able to influence things. If, on the other hand, it was ATM shares (but doesn't look like it from the stock calculation) it could have been consensual.
