#58513 RE: entdoc #58511

It would be REALLY interesting to find out if Dart owned the 2 million share put last May that started the downward spiral. Drove the stock price down and swept up 7.1% interest for less than half the price. It sure seems like there might be a connection there. He may have a prior connection with PPHM through Larry Bymaster, a previous CEO of PPHM who worked for Dart at one time. From an old 14A filing:

"LARRY O. BYMASTER has served as a director of the Company since June 3, 1998. He was named the President and Chief Executive
Officer of the Company on May 18, 1998. Prior to joining Techniclone (from 1990 to April 1998), Mr. Bymaster was Chairman of the Board,
President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (formerly Xytronyx, Inc.) which develops and commercializes cancer
therapeutic and diagnostic products. Prior to Pacific Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Mr. Bymaster held senior management positions with Cytotech, a
biotechnology company, Baxter Healthcare and Dart Industries. Mr. Bymaster has over 25 years experience in the biotechnology and business
fields. Mr. Bymaster is also a member of the Board of Directors of a privately held medical device company."

entdoc, really? The Dart is on board because our price is way undervalued and no BOD can sell out cheap with him around,
-- unless a company that he controls, is the acquirer, IMO.

Now when in recent times (post-ASCO sell-off, PUTS, consistant selling down more recently) did Kingo say vastly undervalued, eh?

Makes you think.

Keep up the good work, and thanks
