capiche, Master Chaos! Still, those "start-up costs" need to be paid sooner or later before this stock can be valuated on earnings potential.

BWT, I don't consider fees to the Creative Director as "start-up costs". If she is employed, it's a salary, otherwise it's a regular consulting fee.
