First of all we don`t know that they are going to do it. Michaels last month said no but can you believe anything he says? Going OTCBB means quarterly filings, a little more legitamacy . Better trading for people too.
But a r/s really likely would be the death knell. Don't know alot about this stuff, but I would see a pullback, then another dumping to a new, naive buying public and us long of tooth getting screwed/blued and tattooed.
