Regardless of revenue and the stopping of dumping. When they announce the R/S the price is going to plummet from the massive selling of people who are going to wait till the price bottoms out again after the split. It happens with every split and trust me, HPON is nothing special in that regard.
JOKE: It doesn't make sense to dilute heavily then follow with an R/S if they have revenue coming in. I think it will spell disaster for all shareholders if they do it. I just hope they announce it in plenty of time to sell, because I'll take whatever losses I have over the losses that will follow the split. If they R/S then this company is FINISHED. JMO.
